Similar to attorneys and CPAs, Enrolled Agents have unlimited practice rights, meaning they have the freedom to represent any taxpayer, handle various tax matters, and represent clients before any IRS office.

Furthermore, Enrolled agents are committed to enhancing their expertise by completing 72 hours of continuing education every three years, with a minimum of 16 hours per year, including comprehensive ethics training to ensure the highest professional standards.
